ADT Business Continuity Exercise / Test Design
Business Continuity Test: Have your Business Continuity Plan tested by ADT's experienced consultants
A well-designed Business Continuity Exercise (also referred to as a Business Continuity Test) will test the robustness and effectiveness of your Business Continuity Plans. It is much better to test these plans with an exercise and discover any weaknesses before an actual catastrophic event occurs.
How ADT can help test your plans:
Outline Design
We work with you to determine the objectives of the exercise, scope, key aspects of the plan to be addressed, key participants approaches and scenarios.
Detailed Exercise Design
Includes scenario planning with injects to provide more challenges where required. Photoshopped photos to match the scenario where applicable to add realism.
Facilitation
While facilitating the exercise our experienced consultant will observe how the plan is referenced. The exercise contains a hot debrief session for the participants to reflect on immediate lessons learned.
Post-exercise review
ADT can provide a comprehensive report on the suitability of current Business Continuity Plans with prioritised recommendations.

Our client feedback

I had the pleasure of working with ADT at Mercedes-Benz UK. Alan has demonstrated outstanding talents in DR and BCP Planning. I have no hesitation in recommending ADT Business Continuity

ADT managed BC/DR project at Rio Tinto. They have a proven track record using thorough BC/DR knowledge coupled with meticulous approach to project management.

Just thought I’d drop you a note to let you know that – subject to technical review – we have been recommended for ISO 22301 certification with 2 minor non-conformities. Thanks for all your help with the rehearsals and the value-add insight you shared with me. It was certainly a big help in pushing things.
